Refund and Returns

As the service I provide involves custom website development, no refunds are available once the execution of the order has begun.

By placing an order and paying the deposit (or the full amount), the Client acknowledges that:

• the service is highly personalized, and the completed work cannot be resold to others;

• development work may begin immediately after payment, therefore refunds are excluded;

• throughout the project, the Client will have multiple opportunities for consultation and revisions, but no refund is provided in case of cancellation.

In exceptional cases, if the development work has not yet started, a partial refund may be granted based on individual assessment — this must be requested in writing, referencing the Client’s name and order number.
