Order process:

  1. Customer contact

  2. Quotation and acceptance

  3. Payment via Stripe

  4. Service delivery according to agreement

Accepted payment methods:

  • Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • Revolut Pay

  • Klarna

  • Sofort

  • Google Pay

Delivery:
All services are digital and will be delivered via email or hosting access.

Right of withdrawal:
As digital services are provided, the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has begun with the customer’s express consent.

Limitation of liability:
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The provider is not liable for any damages caused by third parties (e.g., Stripe, hosting provider).

Jurisdiction and applicable law:
German law applies. The competent court is in Ludwigsfelde, Germany.
